We are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Manager at our Nice Ash Cigars location in Warren, PA.
Applicants must be available to work Monday - Friday, 10am - 6 pm.
Job responsibilities - Taking phone orders, resolving customer issues, creating programs to retain customers, proactively communicating with customers about their orders.
Other responsibilities include order fulfillment, retail sales, inventory control, order processing.
Retail and Customer Service Experience is a must.
Applicant must possess the following characteristics:
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills -Some computer skills are required -Reliable and independent -Clean and organized -Good multi-tasker Cigar knowledge knowledge a plus but not required.
Must be willing to be flexible and able to prioritize to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion.
Must be able to work in a smoke friendly environment.
Possibility of pay increase after 90 day probation period based on performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
