We have regular visitors from all over the country and the world.
We are looking to add world-class food to our meticulously crafted beer menu.
You will have the creative freedom to try new things and create your own dishes from scratch.
You will also be an integral part of creating seasonal menus and specials.
Responsibilities to include - creating unique dishes and writing descriptions.
training staff to prepare your dishes with precision and consistency.
planning and ordering ingredients and supplies.
assistance in creating kitchen staff schedule.
overseeing staff cleaning schedule and routine.
The candidate needs to be someone who takes extreme pride in all aspects of their responsibilities.
