Office duties such as answering the phone, paying bills, working with Quickbooks, working with bookkeeper.
Reconciling accounts for paypal and credit card account.
Setting up accounts, creating animal related flyers to facebook, knowledge of computer programs, working with volunteers, various front desk customer service duties for the public, returning phone calls, answering emails.
Writing thank you letters for donations.
Preparing a daily deposit and taking deposits to the bank.
Experience _ Front Desk and office related experience.
You must have office experience or business education Apply is you have those experiences - Experience with Quickbooks and accounting procedures and processes - Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization - Experience creating and producing flyers for social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to set up a daily, weekly plan of tasks to complete.
-Ability to communicate the daily status of the tasks that need completed with the Director -Various other office related tasks assigned.
