Verifying Employee is Packing Cases Correctly Record Lot Numbers Record Mix Dates Record Date Code as It Appears on The Pouch Verify Date Code and Format Are Correct Verify Finished Pallets Are Correct Find A-Packer for Verifications Start Up Sheet Change Over Sheet Leak Tests (Start Up/Shut Down/Every 4 Hours) Metal Detection (Start Up/Shut Down/Every 4 Hours) Sanitation Sheet (Start Up/Shut Down/Change Over) Cleaning of Line Clean Router Tags Clean Passed Tags Send Product to Regrind Properly Shutdown Equipment Etc.
Department Sanitation Sheet (Daily) BI Date Code Check (100 Per Hour) Pull QA Needs Composites Retains GA's Special Requests or Needs Pallet Sheets Placards Clean Passed Tags and Router Tags Manage Employees on The Line Line Setup (30 Minutes Plus) Automation is Longer Set Up Longford and Magazine Align Belts After Magazine Adjust Date Bar for Seal Height Adjust Pick and Place Find Correct Jig and Jig 16 Sets of Arms Set Up Coder Set Up Bag Opener and Gusset Opener Check Sensors for Correct Locations Change Buckets and Adjust Duck Bills as Needed Adjust Agitator as Needed Troubleshoot All Sets of Grippers and Adjust as Needed Check Date Code Location Check Seal Location Find Product Recipe/Create New for Scale Weigh Product - Set up Upper/Lower Limits Calibrate Scale Buckets and Center Cone Set Check Weigher Based on Product Weight Set Up 2 Box Erectors, Tapers and Label Machines Load Line and Fine Tune as Needed Normal Line Setups Date Codes Labels Sealers Scales Etc.
