TxMQ is currently assisting their client in the search for a qualified CNC Machinist / Programmer for a growing facility in the Warren, PA area.

Responsibilities:
o CNC set up, operation, programming of machining centers.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
o Thorough understanding of machining and manufacturing operations and processes
o Thorough understanding of G and M codes, setup and operation of multi-axis CNC machine tools.
o Desired Experience in custom machining in Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Cold and Hot Rolled Steel, Stainless, and Castings.
o Ability to understand and program a wide variety of CNC controls with a wide variety of machine tools (i.e. CNC Turning, Machining, Milling, Boring, Drilling, Grinding, etc.
o On the job experience, minimum of 3 years, in CNC Machining
o Knowledge of shop mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and knowledge of decimals and fractions.
o Use of a variety of measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, scales, thread gages, etc.
o Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
o Continuous mental or visual attention performing operations requiring close attention and accuracy,
o Physical abilities to include climbing, kneeling, standing, crouching, standing, bending and ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to work in a heavy materials processing environment.

o Hiring range will be competitive and based on the individual's qualifications relative to the position requirements listed above. Position will include excellent medical benefits and performance based increases.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
